Berry Blast Smoothie
You can use fresh or frozen fruits for this recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 small banana
1 large handful of spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
240ml almond milk

Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Add additional almond milk if smoothie is too thick. Pour into glass, and top with fresh berries.
