Salad Smoothie

Handful of lettuce leaves

Handful of spinach 1⁄2 avocado 1 pear

1 stalk celery Juice of 1⁄2 lime 25g vanilla protein powder (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
