Raspberry and Coconut Lollies

These are a lovely alternative to shop bought ice lollies. I have used raspberries but you can use a mixture of berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries...


Ingredients

300g raspberries

400ml coconut milk

150g Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp. local honey



Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth purée. Pour into ice lolly moulds, add the lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
