If this is the first time you are considering seeing a nutritional therapist and would like to make sure it is right for you, I offer a FREE 20 - minute health review call. This provides you with an opportunity to tell me more about your current situation and what health goal(s) you would like to achieve. Each month I also offer a select number of FREE face to face mini-consultations. Spaces are limited, and early booking is required to secure your slot.
